Our Unlimited Support Care plans are monthly Support & Maintenance retainers. They are contract free, and we can create custom plans for more complex websites and support requirements.

We also offer add ons to these plans for out of hours support.

If you’re not on one of our support plans, time is purchased on account which we can use to begin our investigation. Time is sold in 1/2 day slots.

Do you provide support for websites built by other agencies?

Yes, we can support sites built by other agencies. First we would recommend booking a WordPress Website Health Check, so we can investigate how your site has been built, and what level of support you’ll require.
