Since 2017 our team began our journey to remote working through struggling to find the right team members to commute to and from our Essex studio, we cast our net wider to not limit our talent pool, and we haven’t looked back. Today although we have offices, all our team members choose to work remotely. With dedicated work spaces the Impacters enjoy the beauty of their craft whilst eliminating all the negatives that come with regular job roles.

Squeezing Onto Trains & Being Stuck In Traffic Are So 1985.

You value your time more than squeezing onto overcrowded and sweaty trains, getting stuck in tailback traffic with rubberneckers driving you mad, or getting up half an hour early to get that last space in the car park.

We know that remote working is not for everybody, but we don’t want everybody – we want those who embrace the remote working lifestyle ,and savour the additional time to spend on home or family life.

Life can get stressful, and it can be easy to forget to be mindful of your needs. We provide our team with Headspace membership, to help you take care of your mental wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For

Seasoned in Remote Working

Remote working isn’t for everyone, some people prefer an office environment. Impacters however are seasoned remote workers, at their most productive with their headphones on, free from distractions and shoulder tappers.

Dedicated Working Space

Working from a coffee shop or your dining room table might be nice for a change of scenery. But long term, you need a dedicated office space with the correct equipment, in order to create the ideal work/home life balance.

You’re a Leader In Your Craft

We look for leaders in digital. People brimming with ideas, who will go above and beyond to be the best at what they do. Your role will never be dull. We will challenge you, and encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone.

A Fast Internet Connection

With video calls, uploading & downloading from our cloud storage, and all the other bandwidth hungry activities that come with working in digital, slow broadband won’t cut it. Each team member must ensure that their connection is fast.
