Last week we had our latest ISO assessment, and we’re pleased to announce that we are ISO 9001:2015 certified for a further 3 years.
Update: The certification is for 3 years, but interim audits are carried out annually to ensure continued compliance. We have successfully passed our interim audit for 2023.
The preparation and documentation process to prepare for the assessment is a lot of work, but I’m now a pro at this having achieved certification for several years in a row. We passed with flying colours and are certified for a further 3 years.
We go through this process regularly to demonstrate to our clients, potential clients, and partners that we take quality management very seriously across all areas of the business. We are dedicated to continuous review and improvement, to ensure that we are always providing a quality of service and deliverables that our clients deserve and that we are proud of.
