Challenge & Objectives
Fresh Property has grown to 3 branches in a very short period time and yet their website did not represent the growth or the ambition that the brand possesses.
Our brief was to create a website that better represent them and align with their bold and distinctive identity which they’d worked hard to create.
Along with expected features for an estate agent, Fresh wanted a custom approach to their design and also an API integration with Encore Live and direct feed to Rightmove – minimising internal staff resources with publishing properties to multiple locations.
Working heavily with the Fresh team on content, we mapped out a very comprehensive website powered by WordPress with Valuation requests, cost to move calculators, multiple FAQ and other helpful resource documentation for landlords, tenants and all those looking to move.
Impact helped further develop the brand by the introduction of icons and unique form and field data in the ‘Fresh’ style. An interactive timeline feature, a news section as well as a dedicated section for users to save properties to a shortlist and return later.
The integration with Rightmove gave users a way of being directed to the website from viewing the ‘brochure’ via the Rightmove website, something that was not available beforehand. The integration with Encore Live helped internal staff add new properties to a single portal whilst pushing the listings across each of their sales portals with a click of a button.

Technology & Plugins
Besides WordPress and the integrations with Rightmove and Encore Live, we incorporated Gravity forms for form data management, and personalisation. We also integrated these forms with Campaign Monitor, for simple email database management.
We used the Google Maps API for property search and locations.

Post launch Fresh had a website with a bold new design, which truly represented their brand. The integrations with Rightmove and Encore Live dramatically reduced the time spent managing properties across listing locations.
Important site metrics improved across the board, with page views up by 17%, average time on page up by 39% and an 11% reduction in bounce rate.
