The British Healthcare Trades Association selected Impact Media to provide ongoing support & maintenance, and to evolve their main website, and 2 others. These websites were all built by another agency.
They needed reliable support and regular maintenance, along with the ability to make ad hoc improvements to their websites.
Solution
BHTA chose our monthly Support & Maintenance and Evolve plans to meet their requirements and goals.
As part of their Support & Maintenance plan, we make regular tweaks and improvements to optimise the overall performance of their 3 websites, including the security and stability. It also gives the client the ability to raise tickets for any bugs or issues, across all of their sites.
Our ad hoc Evolve plan option allowed them to secure a set amount of time allocated to BHTA, for us to implement their desired feature requests.

BHTA Homepage, Header & Footer Design Refresh
The BHTA website was looking a bit dated and did not align with their current offline branding and marketing materials.
The were not ready to begin a full redesign project for the site, but wanted to give the homepage a makeover, whilst improving the user experience.
We completed a redesign of the homepage, along with the sitewide header and footer. This included:
- Improving the user experience and usability of the site.
- An improved experience on mobile devices.
- Providing an updated and modern UI.
- Giving the BHTA team an easier content editing experience.

To accompany the refresh, and the improved content editing experience, we provided BHTA with a set of easily accessible training videos, to ensure their team were confident in editing the site (and to help onboard any future new team members). These were very well received.
