Impact Media Shortlisted For The UK Digital Excellence Awards

I love Fridays, who doesn’t? The weekend is ahead and everyone is in a good mood. But even better is a Friday when you we get the news that we’ve been shortlisted as a finalist for another web design award. It puts an instant grin on my face for the day.

Today was one of those Fridays! This morning we learned that we’re a finalist in the Standout B2C Website of the Year category in the UK Digital Excellence Awards 2026.

We’re a busy agency, so we don’t get time to enter many awards, and this was the only entry we’ve made so far this year, so it was extra nice to receive the news.

The UK Digital Excellence Awards

The annual awards are run by Don’t Panic Events, who run the majority of the most well recognised award events in the web design and digital marketing space.

In fact, the UK Dev Awards, where we took home a silver win for the website we built for Michelmersh Brick Holdings in 2024, has now been rolled into the UK Digital Excellence Awards. They celebrate the best and the brightest in digital.

What Work Are We Nominated For?

The website we designed, built and launched last year for longtime client, Country House Weddings, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Standout B2C Website of the Year Category.

We’ll have a new case study about the project up on the site soon if you’d like to learn more about how we approached the redesign, so keep your eyes peeled for that. In the meantime, here is a quick summary:

Country House Weddings has been creating dream weddings for over 30 years, with their stunning country house venues. We’ve been doing the support, maintenance and managed hosting for of all of their websites for many years, alongside some evolve work.

In 2025, to celebrate their 30 years in business, they selected us to redesign their main company website. We completed a full site redesign and rebuild to deliver upon our 3 core goals, which were were to:

• Create a discovery engine for wedding styles, not just venues.
• Keep users on the site longer to explore alternatives​.
• Empower the marketing team to manage content independently.

The results have been excellent (all will be revealed in our case study!).

We’re really looking forward to the awards ceremony in April, and we’re very proud of everyone involved in making this project such a great success.
