As a remote working agency, we are already in the prime position to continue providing our services without disruption. This means the government’s ‘work from home’ policy for the lockdown period will have no effect on the availability of our support services, or the progress of our projects.
The systems and technology that power our business are all cloud-based and not dependent on any physical hardware. These range from cloud-based servers, VOIP phone systems through to the platforms we use to communicate and collaborate with clients.
No Changes To Process
If you have any technical issues with your website, please follow the usual support procedures. Or give us a call and chat to myself or one of the team.
