Background & Skills
Crystal been working at Impact Media for 14 years, and has experience across all areas of the business, from blogging, SEO, content population, and admin, to project management and now account management. Her in-depth knowledge of everything Impact makes her great at her role.
She loves WordPress for the great experience it offers our clients, and because it is constantly evolving it allows us to open new doors not only for us but for our clients too. She also loves being an active member of the WordPress community, attending WordCamps.
Her role as Account Manager is something she takes great pride in, and she loves working alongside our clients to find solutions to their challenges. Especially managing projects, to build websites that go above and beyond expectations.
She lives in beautiful Norfolk, where she likes to explore the countryside as much as possible, and in her spare time she creates bespoke wedding Converse amongst other fun wedding related items. She also enjoys making delicious smelling wax melts, and has a bit of an obsession with following home style and interior design accounts on Instagram, to have a nose at what people have done to their homes.
