Senior WordPress Developer
Background & Skills
Chris is a full-stack developer with over 10 years of WordPress specific experience. He is a big fan of data-driven projects, and very focused on performance and accessibility standards.
He's known best for being a WordPress wizard, able to wrangle it to do whatever he needs it to do. He can build plugins with custom functionality for almost any use-case.
He loves that his role allows him to improve the sites of our long term clients, whilst also getting to build completely new projects using the latest web technologies.
Chris chose Impact, as it means being part of a close-knit team of fellow WordPress experts. That we let him serenade us with ukulele songs in our daily meetings might have been a reason too.
Outside of work, you'll likely find Chris getting crafty woodworking like a young Ron Swanson with way less moustache, out on his bike, or looking after his garden - move aside Alan Titchmarsh! If the weather isn't on his side, he enjoys chilling out with a good read, with a particular interest in history.
